Delivery policy

Everything ISO Guidance sells is delivered electronically. Nothing is posted, so there are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses to get wrong, and no waiting for a courier.

Documentation and templates

Your documents are available to download immediately after your payment clears. You will also receive an email containing your download links, so you can come back to them later.

Files are supplied in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel format, so you can edit them directly. You will need software able to open those formats.

If your download does not arrive

Check your spam or junk folder first, as order emails occasionally land there. If it is still missing, email support@iso-guidance.com with your order number and we will send your files across.

Certification services

Certification is delivered remotely, wherever your business is based. Assessment is carried out by reviewing your system and its records, with contact by email and video call as needed. Your certificate is issued electronically.
